At MATE the Label, we want you to love your sustainable essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items and attach the label to the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
